Raj and colleagues have single handedly kept me sane with advice, quotes, help and reassurance throughout a very stressful damp and mould issue. Although the insurance took over and “did their own job” I know these guys are there should the work fall short of what I have come to expect to be needed to resolve a horrible issue such as mould remediation. I would not hesitate to call again, their friendly helpful communication was a breath of fresh air amongst a wall of silence from my maintenance and insurance companies. I hope to not need their services but I would most definitely recommend them or use them in future for any such needs.

Vinci Response's BDMA award certificates

We are thrilled to share the outstanding achievements of Vinci Response at the 2024 BDMA Awards.

The annual event was held towards the end of June at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.

Its aim is to recognise excellence in the damage management industry.

2024 was Vinci’s inaugural BDMA awards, having recently achieved BDMA Corporate Accreditation earlier in the year.

And it turned out to be an event to remember for our team, as we were nominated in three categories and brought home a significant win.

What Are The BDMA Awards?

The British Damage Management Association (BDMA) Awards https://bdma.org.uk/bdma-awards-2024/ are highly regarded within the damage management industry.

The BDMA promotes best practices, professionalism, and high standards in the sector, ensuring that companies provide top-notch services to their clients.

The annual awards celebrate those who excel in various aspects of damage management, highlighting innovation, sustainability, and commitment to quality.

BDMA Award Nominations

Vinci Response was honoured to be nominated in three key categories:

Setting the Standard Award

Sustainable Project of the Year Award

This award focuses on recovery or restoration projects demonstrating sustainability while delivering excellent customer care, value for money, and client satisfaction. Damage Management Technician of the Year

This award honours BDMA-accredited technicians who show dedication, professionalism, and a deep understanding of client expectations. It also recognises those who advocate for sustainable practices and restoration techniques, ensuring value for money and sustainable outcomes.

A Successful Night for Vinci Response

We are delighted to announce that Vinci Response won the Sustainable Project of the Year Award.

This accolade underscores our commitment to integrating sustainability into our operations and delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solutions for our clients.

This award recognises the work our team did at Barracuda Court in Hampshire.

The residential block of flats suffered from interstitial condensation, causing damp patches on internal walls.

Using an innovative external negative pressure drying system, we were able to fix the issue without having to move the residents or undertake extensive demolition and reconstruction. Not only did this minimise disruption, but it also significantly reduced material waste and conserved natural resources,

Additionally, we were proud runners-up in the Setting the Standard Award category, reflecting our dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards and ethical behaviour and fostering a positive work environment.
